In particular, amendments to the Labor Code approved by the Parliament and published on Friday in the Monitorul oficial, stipulate that in exceptional cases when the granting of a full leave to an employee in the current working year may adversely affect the work of the enterprise, part of the leave, with the written consent of the employee and Representatives of employees, can be postponed to the next working year.
