Individuals engaged in independent activities in the retail trade, with the exception of excisable goods, will pay contributions to the Social Insurance Fund in a fixed amount.
This is provided by the amendments to the Law on the State Social Insurance Budget for 2017, which was adopted by the Parliament in final reading. The document was developed earlier by the Ministry of Labor, Social Protection and Family with the aim of harmonizing the legislation in the field of social insurance with the requirements of the Tax Code.
