The Parliamentary Commission on Economy, Budget and Finance did not support the initiative to extend for one year (until the end of 2019) the period of activity on the basis of a patent.
During the meeting of the commission on Wednesday, the deputies examined the legislative initiative on introducing a number of amendments to the law on the patent. In particular, the draft law provided for the extension of retail trade from trays, counters, tents, stalls, pavilions and cars, as well as the sale of food and perishable goods of domestic production for another year - until the end of 2019.
