The government at a meeting on 17 July finalized the start of the negotiations and the composition of the negotiating group (it includes representatives of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Regional Development, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Economic Development and Digitalization and the Civil Aviation Authority).
