New passes for public transport in Chisinau can now be bought at any post office of the municipality.

The Chisinau City Hall reports that the Chisinau Transport Department has signed an agreement with the state enterprise Posta Moldovei to distribute and sell the passes. New offices to sell passes are to be opened not only in Chisinau, but also in the suburban post offices. Let us remind that starting with July 1, the travel cost for buses and trolleybuses in Chisinau has risen up to 6 lei. The fares are free for pensioners, children, pupils up to the fifth grade and 18 other categories of citizens.
