The Agency for Medicines and Medical Devices has announced a second tender to select companies to implement the “Pharmacy in your village” project.
This time, the agency will select companies to open subsidized pharmacies in 91 villages of Moldova with a population of 1 thousand to 2.5 thousand people. Economic agents interested in the tender can submit applications through the agency’s “single window” until July 25. The tender itself will take place on July 26. Let us remind you that within the framework of the first such competition, economic agents were identified for 71 of the 134 villages in which rural pharmacies will open. The companies Sanfarm-Prim, Largus-Fer and Farmacia Salut received subsidies for this. These companies received the right to a free license for pharmaceutical activities in villages for a period of 5 years (standard license cost - 3250 lei), as well as state subsidies. Subsidies for the activities of rural pharmacies will be provided monthly, depending on sales income. Thus, the monthly amount of subsidies is 10 thousand for sales volumes up to 150 thousand lei per month, 15 thousand lei for sales up to 100 thousand lei and up to 20 thousand lei for sales that do not reach 50 thousand lei per month. If the quarterly sales volume is more than 450 thousand lei, the beneficiary will not be able to receive a subsidy. Subsidized pharmacies must have an agreement with the National Health Insurance Company (CNAM) for the dispensing of reimbursed medications, cash register machines, an automated information system, Internet access, and premises with an area of at least 15 square meters (except for the lobby and bathroom), equipment for storing medicine, etc. A rural pharmacy must operate at least 6 hours a day. // 09.07.2024 – InfoMarket.
