The criminal case brought charges under Article 327 paragraph (3) of the Criminal Code ("Abuse of power or official position for the benefit of an organized criminal group or criminal organization") against eight public persons and high-ranking officials: former Prime Minister of Moldova, former Minister of Economy, former Director of the Public Property Agency, former Deputy Director of the Public Property Agency, The Former Deputy Head of a Department of the Public Property Agency, the former Interim CEO of the Chisinau International Airport, as well as the former Financial Director and the Head of the Economic Analysis Service of the same enterprise.
