According to a statement of the National Social Insurance Agency, the support will be granted to 581 thousand beneficiaries of pensions and 73 thousand beneficiaries of state social allowances, the amount of which on October 1 does not exceed 5 thousand lei per month. One time financial payment is intended for beneficiaries of pensions on age, seniority, disability, loss of breadwinner, some workers of civil aviation and culture, military personnel and members of their families, participants of liquidation of consequences of Chernobyl accident and beneficiaries of power structures. The one-off financial support will be paid by the payment method chosen by the beneficiary and available within the state service of electronic payments (MPay).
