The corresponding draft government decree was prepared by the Ministry of Health. In particular, according to the draft, the monthly official salaries of family doctors, depending on the length of service, will range from 12,610 to 14,850 lei (today - from 11,460 to 13,500 lei); salaries of pre-hospital emergency medical doctors will amount to 10,070-12,110 lei (instead of 9,150-11,010 lei); salaries of doctors working in the phthisiopulmonology service; in hospitals directly involved in the treatment of HIV/AIDS; in the morphopathological (or anatomical) service; collection and processing of human cadaveric organs, tissues and cells; nuclear medicine service – from 16130 to 18150 lei (instead of 14660-16500 lei). The salaries of psychiatric and narcological doctors, surgeons, endoscopists, anesthesiologists and resuscitators and other categories of doctors will also increase. Herewith, the salaries of middle and junior medical staff, as well as administrative and economic personnel, will increase. If today the salaries of medical assistants to family doctors range from 6780 to 8020 lei, after the increase they will vary from 7460 to 8820 lei, the range of salaries of junior medical staff will increase from 3840-4620 lei to 4220-5080 lei, and employees of the administrative and economic departments of medical institutions will receive from 4220 to 10,000 lei (today - from 3840 to 9090 lei). The project also provides for a 5% increase in the salaries of senior staff of public health institutions. Thus, the official salary of the director, chief physician, head of the medical institution will be from 13540 to 27060 lei (currently - 1830-25650 lei), deputies with a medical education - 13540-25120 lei (instead of 12830-23810 lei), and the salary of deputies without medical education, as well as heads of financial and economic services and chief accountants will reach 10150-19450 lei (instead of 9620-18440 lei). Meanwhile, it is planned to abolish the provision, according to which the heads of medical institutions and their deputies for carrying out organizational and methodological work at the republican level were set salary bonuses in the amount of 10-30% of the salary.
