The corresponding decree was signed by the vice-mayor of Chisinau, Ilie Ceban. The inventory will involve the sectoral prefectures, the Main Department of Architecture, Urban Planning and Land Relations and the Department of Permit and Construction Discipline in Construction. The created working group will analyze the condition of the identified objects by the end of summer, having fixed visually the degree of construction completion. The list of mothballed or abandoned buildings with the established degree of completion will be sent to the Public Services Agency.
