Compared to February 2022 (581 euros), the cost per square meter increased by 15.7%. In this case, the average price rose only on 1- and 2-room apartments, and the prices of 3- and 4-room apartments remained at the level of the previous month. According to the real estate exchange Lara, in February 1-room apartments at Botanica ranged from 763 to 879 euros, Buiucani - 802-825 euros, Center - 836-928 euros, Ciocana - 694-840 euros, Riscani - 824-872 euros. In February, a square meter in a 2-room apartment at Botanica cost 667-802 euros, Buiucani - 721-759 euros, Center - 746-826 euros, Ciocana - 631-756 euros, Riscani - 713-790 euros.
