
The next land auction in Chisinau will take place on 25 November.
According to information published in Monitorul Oficial, this time 13 land plots with an area of 0.0049 to 1.1 hectares for various purposes are put up for sale: for the construction of residential buildings; areas for owners of adjacent lands; production and storage base, etc. The initial price of a plot of land varies from 330 thousand to 20 million lei. The most expensive lots are 0.68 ha of land for a residential complex within the perimeter of M.cel Batrin St. - N.Sulac - N.Milescu-Spătaru - Bucovinei (20 million lei), a residential building on Dragomirna St. (1.1 ha - 10 million lei), production and warehouse base on Uzinelor street (4 million lei). Also, as part of the auction, 3 plots located on Calea Basarabiei, Petricani and Ghidighici streets were offered for lease for 10 and 15 years. These sites can be parked or landscaped for other purposes, without the right to privatize or build buildings. The cost of rent is from 11.5 thousand to 55 thousand lei per year. The initial cost of obtaining the right to lease these plots is 200-340 thousand lei. The auction will be held in the meeting room of the prefecture of the Center sector (Bulgara str., 43) on November 25th. Individuals and legal entities from Moldova, as well as foreign investors, can participate in it. Recall that in 2022, 4 land auctions have already taken place. They brought more than 65 million lei to the municipal budget.
