In Chisinau, the construction of a new microdistrict for 5 thousand inhabitants called Satul German has begun.
The project is implemented by the company Regata Imobiliare, which is managed by businessman Ceslav Ciuhrii. In the new microdistrict, 38 low-rise houses (up to 5 floors) and 800 villas (duplexes, townhouses, one- and two-story cottages) will be built, which are being built from scratch according to the latest standards in urban planning and infrastructure. Satul German is located near the Chisinau airport, the total area of the microdistrict will be 800 thousand square meters. It is planned to build a separate hospital, school and kindergarten, as well as a shopping center, fitness room, spa, restaurants, retail space, sports grounds and tennis courts. As the initiator of the project, Ceslav Ciuhrii, noted, the latest trends and latest concepts in architecture and urbanism were taken into account when designing the microdistrict. Thus, all buildings are being built in accordance with European energy efficiency standards, and solar energy, according to plans, will cover half of the district's electricity needs. Water pipes, cables, sewerage are laid from scratch, underground, without connection to old networks, without seams and cracks. According to Ciuhrii, in the future Satul German may also become a business district of Chisinau, as an office center and a hotel of the well-known international chain Ibis Styles will open here. As expected, the first stage of construction of Satul German will be completed in 2024, and the entire project will be completed by 2027.
