According to the Lara Real Estate Exchange, the largest price increase was registered in the period from August to October, and the last three months of the year, the cost of 1 sq. m remained stable - 570 euros per 1 sq. m. In December in one-room apartments the cost of 1 sq. m in Botanica ranged from 610 to 704 euros, in Buiucani - 642-661 euros, in the Center - 669-742 euros, at Ciocana - 558-672 euros, in Riscani - 659-698 euros. In two-room apartments a square meter in December cost 539-648 euros at Botanica, 583-613 euros at Buiucani, 603-668 euros at the Center, 510-611 euros in Ciocana, and 576-639 euros at Riscani. In three-room apartments in December, the price of 1 sq. m at Botanica was 469-521 euros, at Buiucani - 477-487 euros, in the Center - 487-550 euros, in Ciocana - 413-490 euros, in Riscani - 473-525 euros. In four-room apartments in December last year at Botanica, the cost of 1 sq. m. ranged from 441 to 480 euros, in Buiucani - from 431 to 446 euros, in the Center - from 442 to 505 euros, in Ciocana - from 391 to 465 euros, in Riscani - from 452 to 504 euros.
