As the EuroImobil company informed the Infomarket agency, the value of land plots has increased in all sectors of the capital. The most expensive plots are in the Center of Chisinau (Stefan cel Mare str.), where the cost of 1 square meter of land for the construction of commercial real estate has increased from 828 in 9 months 2020 up to 953 euros - for 9 months 2021. In Riscani, the price increased from 199 to 229 euros / sq. M., in Botanica - from 190 to 218 euros / sq. 134 to 154 euros / sq.m., in Sculeni - from 131 to 150 euros / sq.m, at the Telecentru - from 116 to 133 euros / sq.m, at Posta Veche - from 86 to 98 euros / sq.m. Moreover, in the suburbs, the cost of 1 sq. m of land for the construction of retail facilities has not changed and amounted to 36 euros per 1 sq. m.
