The National Agency for Energy Regulation (ANRE) has warned about unauthorized investment platforms promising income from fixed tariffs in the energy sector
In particular, the National Agency for Energy Regulation has drawn attention to the appearance in public spaces and social media of advertisements for platforms promoting participation in energy investment projects, promising guaranteed income from so-called fixed regulated tariffs (feed-in). ANRE urges individuals and legal entities to obtain information exclusively from official and reliable sources, such as ANRE, the Ministry of Energy, and the National Center for Sustainable Energy, about actual support schemes in the energy sector used in Moldova. The energy regulator recommends that all interested parties exercise caution and responsibility when evaluating investment projects implemented through crowdfunding and carefully verify the legality and credibility of proposals promoted online. The National Agency for Energy Regulation clarifies that the fixed-tariff support scheme applied only to electricity producers who had been confirmed as eligible small producers, in accordance with the Law on the Promotion of Renewable Energy. A full list of these producers can be found on ANRE's official website: https://anre.md/anunt-producatori-eligibili-3-391. At the same time, according to Government Resolution No. 599 of September 17, 2025, the fixed-tariff support scheme no longer applies to photovoltaic panels and wind turbines. The National Agency for Energy Regulation urges the public to carefully and thoughtfully analyze any investment proposals and verify the information provided before making financial decisions. // 20.10.2025 — InfoMarket
