Energocom Furnizare will begin issuing its first bills to natural gas consumers for September consumption on October 6
As noted in a statement by the state-owned company Energocom, which on September 1 took over the functions of the national natural gas supplier for more than 830,000 consumers in Moldova, the billing process remains unchanged. Bills will be sent to consumers by mail or email, as before. The invoice has a new, modern design and is easy to understand. It includes: the date of issue, the date of dispatch, and the payment deadline; the volume of gas consumed (in cubic meters) and the energy equivalent (kilowatt-hours); consumption history for the last 12 months; price components per 1,000 cubic meters of natural gas; personal account and contract numbers (remain unchanged). For correct billing, consumers are advised to submit their meter readings on the day of payment. Bills can be paid daily using the same methods: at the cash desk of Moldova Post and partner bank branches (Energbank, Moldinconbank, Victoriabank, maib, FinComBank, Comerțbank, Eximbank, Mobiasbanca, EuroCreditBank); online on the websites and in the apps of banks or directly on the website www.energocom.md (section “Pay bill”); through RunPay, Paynet, Qiwi, BPAY payment terminals. When paying via banking apps, select Energocom or Energocom Furnizare from the list of services and enter the same personal account number that is indicated on the physical bill, then pay for the service as usual. For all questions related to natural gas supply, please contact Energocom Furnizare during business hours at 12 commercial offices throughout the country; by calling the support service at 1304; or on the website: www.energocom.md. In accordance with the National Agency for Energy regulation’s decision of August 4, as of September 1, Energocom has assumed full responsibility for natural gas supply as part of its service provision and emergency obligations. // 03.10.2025 – InfoMarket.
