The electricity tariff for Premier Energy household consumers may be reduced by 13.6% - to 3.54 lei per kWh
This follows from the draft calculations presented by the National Agency for Energy Regulation. It should be noted that Premier Energy previously proposed to reduce the electricity tariff for household consumers whose installations are connected to low-voltage (0.4 kV) distribution networks by about 4% - from 4.1 to 3.94 lei per kWh. The new prices for electricity supply were calculated by Premier Energy based on its actual costs from January to May, as well as its estimates using the exchange rate of 19.90 lei per euro for the period from June to December 2025. At the same time, the NAER materials note that from August 1, the electricity tariff for Premier Energy household consumers may amount to 3.54 lei per kWh. The decision must be considered and adopted by the Administrative Council of NAER. // 16.07.2025 — InfoMarket
