The Government approved the Program for the Modernization of the Domestic Heat Distribution System for Heating and Hot Water Supply in Residential Buildings.
According to the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers, in order to take advantage of the modernization program, the residents' association must pay its contribution for improving the energy efficiency of the house (up to 20% of the investment amount) to the treasury account of the Energy Efficiency Agency. It is noted that the exact amount of the contribution will be established on the basis of an agreement concluded between the contractor and the association of residents, and will be determined taking into account the amount of unforeseen expenses of the association at the initial stage. The contribution can be paid immediately or in parts, according to the concluded agreement, but not more than 5 years after the project implementation. The actual due date for payment of the fee is set on a case-by-case basis based on an agreement concluded between the contractor and the residents' association and an agreement concluded between the contractor and the Energy Efficiency Agency or its successor. // 21.08.2023 — InfoMarket
