
Moldova in January-November 2022, compared to the same period in 2021, increased the export of oil and oil products by 33.5 times in monetary terms - up to $491.77 million.
Such an increase in the indicator is mainly due to an increase in the supply (re-export) of petroleum products and liquefied gas to Ukraine. As InfoMarket agency was informed in the National Bureau of Statistics, in particular, Moldova for 11 months in 2022 delivered abroad products under the heading "oil, oil products and similar materials" in the amount of $491 million 776.21 thousand, which is 33.5 times more than the indicator for the same period in 2021. At the same time, in general exports of products from the commodity group "Mineral fuels, lubricating oils and similar materials" in January-November 2022 amounted to $518 million 373.3 thousand, which is 34.4 times higher than the same period of the previous year. Herewith, according to official statistics, deliveries of coal, coke and briquettes abroad amounted to $813.15 thousand, which is 2.1% more than in the same period a year earlier. Exports of natural gas and industrial gas products amounted to $6.64 million. During the same period last year, no supplies were made. The export of electricity amounted to $19.15 million, an increase of 3362 times compared to the same period in 2021.
