In particular, the company sent a request to the National Agency for Energy Regulation to increase the tariff for the supply of natural gas to end consumers at regulated prices in 2022, in which it proposes to increase the average price of gas supply from October 1 by 30% - up to 23572 lei per 1 thousand cubic m. due to the increase in the purchase price of gas. In particular, the tariff for natural gas at exit points from low-pressure gas distribution networks (for domestic consumers) Moldovagaz proposes to increase by 29.9% - from 21,296 to 27,665 lei per 1 thousand cubic meters (excluding VAT), or from 21.29 lei to 27.66 lei per 1 cu. m (without VAT). At the same time, taking into account 8% VAT, it will increase from 22.99 to 29.88 lei per 1 cubic meter. Herewith, the company proposes to raise the tariff for natural gas at exit points from medium-pressure gas distribution networks by 32.6% - from 19,654 to 26,054 lei per 1 thousand cubic meters (without VAT), and high pressure - by 32.9% - from 19371 to 25737 lei per 1 thousand cubic meters. The new tariffs were calculated by Moldovagaz taking into account the new average annual purchase price of gas at $926.94 per 1,000 cubic meters, as well as a new average forecast exchange rate of 19.32 lei per $1. As previously reported, on August 4, NAER approved an increase in the tariff for the supply of gas "Moldovagaz" to household consumers by 23.5% - up to 23 lei per 1 cubic meter including VAT. In particular, the Administrative Council of NAER approved an increase in the tariff for natural gas at exit points from low-pressure gas distribution networks (for residential consumers) by 23.5% - from 17,244 to 21,296 lei per 1,000 cubic meters (excluding VAT), or from 17.24 to 21.29 lei per 1 cu. m (without VAT).
