Moldova manages to maintain a lower level of fuel prices, compared with neighboring states - ANRE.
Director of the National Energy Regulatory Agency (ANRE), Eugen Carpov, stated this while speaking at a meeting held by the Minister of Agriculture and Food Industry, Vladimir Bolea, with specialized associations, discussing with them the difficulties in agriculture. As noted, the meeting was also attended by ANRE director Eugen Carpov, who provided information about the level of fuel prices and available reserves. Eugen Carpov mentioned, in particular, that Moldova, compared to the neighboring countries, manages to maintain a lower level of fuel prices thanks to the mechanism of their limitation and regulation of the specific trade margin. At the same time, he explained the methodology used to calculate the final fuel prices, noting that the prices are formed transparently, and ANRE monitors the evolution of quotations on the international stock exchanges, which is the main component that influences their level daily. // 06.09.2022 - InfoMarket
