
The next plenary session of the Moldovan Parliament will be held on March 2.
The updated agenda of the plenary session was approved by the parliament's standing bureau. The new agenda includes also the second reading of several legislative initiatives on amendments to the legal framework of the foreigners’ regime, to the law on energy efficiency and the law on the State Guard Service. Also at the plenary session next week it will be considered a draft law on collective finance services. Amendments to the Law on Entrepreneurial Patent and the Law on Consumer Information Regarding Food Products will be offered for second reading. MPs will also hear an Audit Report on the consistency of expenditures and capital investments in natural gas utilities charged with providing public service and related entities as defined in the Natural Gas Act, including indirectly owned entities.
