Over 2,000 participants have registered for the Startup Moldova Summit 2026, which will take place on April 22 at Arena Chișinău
According to organizers, the event will bring together founders, investors, local and international professionals, and young people interested in entrepreneurship, technology, and innovation. The summit will bring together approximately 150 startups, 60 speakers, and at least 50 investors. The event will provide practical opportunities for learning and networking. Specifically, panel discussions and presentations are planned by representatives from Microsoft, Glovo, Bolt, Miro, and Pegasus Tech Ventures, as well as the European Innovation Council, Estonian e-Residency, and others. Discussions will cover topics such as entrepreneurship, investment, artificial intelligence, and technology trends. Ukrainian companies will also showcase examples of innovations created in challenging conditions, and Moldovan startups Nereus Dynamics, XiniX, and Argus, which are already developing products for large companies and global markets, will be represented at the forum. The central event will be the Startup World Cup competition, the winner of which will represent Moldova at the finals in San Francisco with a $1 million prize pool. The Startup Moldova Summit will also feature three workshop zones. At Startup Alley, 42 startups and ecosystem participants will present their ideas, products, and solutions in the following fields: AI, finance, healthcare, education, gaming, logistics, marketing, SaaS, and more. Networking will be supported by the Brella app, which allows participants to schedule meetings with investors, managers, and company representatives, transforming their participation into a structured meeting agenda. The program also includes an immersive zone from Bully! Entertainment, a studio that has created interactive projects for NASA, Microsoft, Disney, and Nike. It is worth noting that in 2025, Moldovan startups attracted $17 million in investments, more than double the previous year's figure, and the total investment volume exceeded $60 million. Startup sales revenue increased by more than 35%, and the number of jobs exceeded 1,500. // 17.04.2026 — InfoMarket.
