The Public Services Agency launches from 1 February cadastral online services with receipt of documents in electronic format.
In particular, as reported by the agency, it begins in the pilot mode of cadastral online services on a new platform - Platform for the Development of Electronic Services (PDSE). As noted, this pilot period will allow citizens to order online services exclusively for real estate located in Chisinau municipality. Through the new platform, both natural persons and legal entities will be able to request online and receive electronically 11 documents from the cadastre sphere: extracts from the Register of Real Estate, information about the value of immovable property and cadastre plans for immovable property. For holders of an electronic signature, the document in electronic format can be downloaded from the personal office (mcabinet.gov.md) from the government portal of the citizen or entrepreneur. Upon request, a copy of the electronic document will be issued on paper. The recipient will be able to pick it up at the office of the requested multifunctional center or receive it directly at the specified address, using the state delivery service MDelivery. The pilot launch of electronic services in the field of cadastre was carried out jointly with the e-Governance Agency.
