The tender for the elaboration of rules for posting outdoor advertising (inscriptions on buildings and structures) in Chisinau municipality is organized by the General Directorate for Architecture and Urban Development. The Chisinau Main Department of Architecture, Urban Development and Land Relations shall organize the tender. The rules developed as a result of the tender shall contain all possible models and methods of placement of outdoor advertising: text description, graphic images, explanatory rules and requirements. At the same time, the document should reflect the new development strategies of Chisinau municipality and ensure that all rules are followed. The draft includes: elaboration of general provisions and definitions of outdoor advertising; city zoning and placement rules; definition of rules for placement of outdoor advertising on buildings/fences/public transport stops/in storefronts/on building facades, on public and government buildings; rules for decorative lighting of buildings; requirements for production and maintenance of advertising structures; procedure for dismantling and storage of advertising structures in Chisinau municipality, etc. The tender is posted on the public procurement site and the deadline for submitting proposals is from September 12 to 22. // 05.09.2022 - InfoMarket
