Some extracts from Moldova’s state registers are to be issued online.
The government issued a positive opinion on the relevant legislative initiative. The bill establishes the necessary rules for issuing extracts from various state registers in electronic format (e-Extrase), as well as online data verification. It is stipulated that extracts from state registers can be drawn up and downloaded through government portals of a citizen and an entrepreneur. They will have the same legal force as those issued by government agencies on paper. As one of the authors of the bill, Dumitru Alaiba, specified, the 5 most frequently requested documents by citizens and entrepreneurs can be obtained online: a certificate of absence / presence of debts to the state budget; extract from the register of real estate; information about work experience; certificate of good conduct; data from the state register of legal entities and information from the constituent documents of legal entities. The bill is scheduled to be considered this week in parliament. After its entry into force, the above documents will be issued free of charge in electronic form. The bill also provides for the addition of the legal framework with provisions that will allow delegating a representative on the basis of an electronic signature in order to receive some public services, pick up identity documents or duplicates of civil status acts. // 15.12.2021 - InfoMarket
