Alliance of Small and Medium Enterprises of Moldova (AIM) will organize on November 26 a meeting with experts in the field of business digitalization, who will talk about the use of chatbots in business to improve interaction with customers, as well as introduce the audience to the best practices of digital security. In particular, entrepreneurs will be able to learn how chatbots can change the way they interact and communicate with customers, providing fast and personalized support, improving customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Separately, the challenges SMEs face in the face of cyber threats will be discussed and practical solutions for protecting small business data and systems will be presented. One of the speakers will be Vlad Vedrasco, an innovative digital entrepreneur and co-founder of bizmanager.ai and bizchat.io platforms.
