After expanding the list of activities in Moldova IT Park with export-oriented call-centers and contact-centers since May, 115 companies from this field became its new residents

Moldova Innovation Technology Park reported this, noting that it was discussed during a meeting organized by the Ministry of Economic Development and Digitalization of Moldova with companies engaged in BPO (Business Process Outsourcing). The representatives of Moldova Innovation Technology Park noted the interest shown by the companies present at the discussions and the questions addressed to the authorities present at the meeting. The discussions focused on the provisions applicable to the resident companies of Moldova Innovation Technology Park; simplification of processes; information about the Moldova Innovation Technology Park regime and residents' obligations. It was noted that from May 2024, the list of activities in Moldova IT Park was extended to include export-oriented call centers and contact centers. During this period, 115 companies of this type of activity became its new residents. "The aim is to attract new investors to Moldova IT Park, to develop the export-oriented service sector, and to motivate young specialists to look for a job in Moldova.
