
Moldova: Total income from the sale of mobile Internet services increased in Q2 2021 by 9.7%, amounting to 314.5 million lei compared to the same period in 2020.
The National Agency for Regulation of Electronic Communications and Information Technologies reported this, noting that over the same period, revenues from the sale of allotted mobile Internet services decreased by 13.1% and amounted to 50.3 million lei. As a result of this dynamics, the average monthly income per user (ARPU) of mobile Internet through a smartphone increased by 0.7% - to 38.7 lei, and ARPU of the alloetted mobile Internet - increased by 5.7% and amounted to 93.6 lei. As of the end of the II quarter of this year, Mobile Internet service providers had the following market shares in terms of revenue: Orange Moldova - 60%, Moldcell - 33%, Moldtelecom-Unite - 7%. // 20.09.2021 - InfoMarket
