
Moldova: Total sales of mobile broadband Internet access services increased in the first quarter of 2021 by 1.8% - up to 304 million lei, relative to the same period in 2020.
The National Agency for Regulation of Electronic Communications and Information Technologies reported this, noting that the increase in the indicator was the result of an increase in the number of users and the traffic they generate. As a result, the average monthly income (ARPU) per one mobile Internet user through dedicated access increased by 7.7% and amounted to 94.3 lei and ARPU per one Internet user via a smartphone increased by 1.3%, amounting to 38.1 lei.
