
Moldova: Revenues from the sale of fixed broadband Internet access services increased in the first quarter of 2021 by 6.7% - to 364 million lei, compared to the same period in 2020.
According to the National Agency for Regulation of Electronic Communications and Information Technologies (ANRCETI), at the same time, the average monthly income per subscriber (ARPU) of the relevant services in January-March of this year decreased, compared to the same period last year, by 0.5% and amounted to 167.9 lei. According to ANRCETI, the market shares of the largest providers of fixed broadband Internet access in terms of turnover were: Moldtelecom - 60.5%, Starnet Soluții - 20.4% and Orange Moldova - 8.5%.
