
Moldovan exports to Romania in January-November 2022 amounted to $1 billion 144.6 million, up 52.3%, compared to the same period in 2021.
According to the National Bureau of Statistics, the share of supplies of domestic goods to Romania in the total volume of Moldovan exports during the mentioned period increased from 26.66% to 28.72%. At the same time, the volume of imports from Romania in 11 months of 2022, compared to the previous year, increased 2 times - up to $ 1 billion 500.4 million, and its share in the total Moldovan imports increased from 11.77% to 17.98%. As a result, in January-November 2022 Moldova's trade deficit with Romania amounted to $355.7 million, having increased 78.9 times relative to the same period of the previous year.
