As InfoMarket was informed by the National Bureau of Statistics, at the same time, the supply of Russian products to Moldova for 10 months of 2022, compared to the same period of the previous year, increased by 31.8% - up to $991.9 million. Herewith, the share of the Russian Federation in the total volume of Moldovan exports decreased over the specified period from 9.03% to 4.58%, and in imports it increased from 13.15% to 13.25%. According to the results of January-October 2022, Russia ranked 6th in the list of the largest partners of Moldova in terms of purchases of Moldovan products (after Romania, Ukraine, Italy, Turkey, Germany) in value terms, but ranked 2nd in terms of product supplies in RM. Negative trade balance of Moldova with Russia for 10 months 2022 amounted to $825.6 million, an increase of 55.6% compared to the same period in 2021.
