More than 300 domestic companies will take part in the 20th anniversary exhibition "Made in Moldova", which will be held from 1 to 5 February at Moldexpo.

More than 300 domestic companies will take part in the 20th anniversary exhibition "Made in Moldova", which will be held from 1 to 5 February at Moldexpo.

During a press conference on Thursday, the President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry Sergiu Harea said that this year the exposition will be held under the slogan "Made in Moldova - Made for you!", it will be located on an area of 3 thousand square meters in 2 pavilions. The Central Pavilion will feature companies from the agro-industrial and agricultural sectors, food and beverage manufacturers, collective stands of the regions of the republic. Industrial enterprises, manufacturers of textiles, furniture, clothing, footwear, etc. will be exhibited in pavilion No. 2. Companies representing the "Din Inimă" brand will be concentrated in it. For the first time, within the framework of Made in Moldova, an industry wine conference will be held, which will be attended by representatives from Romania, Italy, Ukraine, Spain, Japan, Croatia, Poland, Bulgaria and other countries that are interested in Moldovan wines. A part of the business program of the exhibition will also be the Moldovan-Romanian forum, which will be attended by about 40 Romanian companies. Also, a separate stand at the exhibition this year will be presented by Italian companies that operate in our country. Within the framework of “Made in Moldova”, will be held seminars, presentations, trainings and master classes, including those organized by the National Social Insurance Agency, Organization for the development of entrepreneurship (ODA), the Agency for Intervention and Payments for Agriculture (AIPA), the National commission for financial market (NCFM) and others. The Deputy Director of the Enterprise Development Organization (ODA), Rodica Crudu, said that Moldovan producers can use separate support to participate in the exhibition. As early as 2012, economic agents can receive 100% compensation for participation in the exposition, but within the limits of 3 thousand lei and 50% of the cost of the exhibition space, but not more than 5 thousand lei. “In general, the subsidy for participation in the exhibition is 8,000 lei. So far, 464 companies participating in the "Made in Moldova" exhibition have benefited from this support program, and subsidies have been provided in the amount of 957,000 lei,” said Rodica Crudu. The exhibition "Made in Moldova" is organized by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Moldova under the patronage of the government, in partnership with the Enterprise Development Organization (ODA). It is worth noting that, with the support of the Chisinau Mayor's office, free transport will be organized for visitors to the exhibition - from the stop at the public park named after Stefan cel Mare to the stop at Moldexpo.
