As reported by the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Industry, representatives of the Ministry of Agriculture and the Agency for Intervention and Payments in Agriculture (AIPA) took part in a seminar on the implementation of IPARD programs, organized in Brussels on October 15-16 as part of the European Commission's TAIEX instrument.
