The last day to accept applications for excise tax compensations for diesel fuel purchased from November 16, 2022 to June 29, 2023 is July 31, 2023

The Agency for Intervention and Payments in Agriculture (AIPA) reminds that the subsidies are paid in two phases: the first for diesel purchased from November 16, 2022 to June 28, 2023, and the second - from June 30, 2023 to September 30, 2023. Micro, small and medium-sized farms will be compensated 100% of the excise duty rate for diesel fuel: 2980 lei/ton in 2022 and 3248 lei/ton in 2023. At the same time, large farms will be compensated 30% of the set excise duty rate: 894 lei/ton in 2022 and 974.4 lei/ton in 2023. The maximum amount of payment per beneficiary is 200 thousand lei.
