Agricultural producers were granted a 2-month deferral for property/land tax payment.
According to the press service of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Industry, such a decision was adopted on Thursday by the Commission on Emergency Situations. In particular, agricultural producers registered as legal entities and individuals-entrepreneurs will be able to pay the real estate/land tax until November 25, instead of September 25, as provided by law. It is emphasized that these changes were approved in the context of the current crises faced by agricultural producers: the severe drought in 2022, the war in Ukraine, rising prices for fertilizers, and the ban on the export of plant products to Russia. The tax deferral will allow farmers to carry out autumn agricultural work, gather the current year's harvest and pay the land tax from the income received. // 15.09.2022 - InfoMarket
