According to the National Employment Agency, 976 Moldovan citizens were employed in Israel under a bilateral agreement between Moldova and Israel on temporary employment in the construction sector. Cooperation with Germany on employment was carried out under a memorandum on seasonal employment. The 2025 quota for Moldovan workers was 2,500, but German employers submitted 15 job offers with 456 vacancies, for which 232 people applied, of which 75 Moldovan citizens were hired. Under the agreement with Bulgaria, 19 employers offered 291 vacancies, for which 86 people applied. As a result, 59 Moldovan citizens were employed in Bulgaria. Meanwhile, private employment agencies registered over 6,300 individual employment contracts for Moldovan citizens working abroad. Last year, the National Employment Agency approved 80 draft individual employment contracts and 54 draft employment mediation agreements.
