Starting December 1st, Orange Moldova offers EU Roaming at home rates with the new One Subscriptions

Orange Moldova brings important news for all customers: roaming in the European Union and the European Economic Area can now be used under the Roam Like At Home (RLAH) principle, thanks to the new One Subscriptions.

The RLAH principle ensures that when you travel, the services you use in the EU/EEA are charged as if you were in Moldova. With this launch, Orange becomes the first telecom operator in Moldova to offer this benefit, even one month before Moldova’s official integration into the EU roaming zone.

This means that all customers who activate or upgrade to any One Subscription will be able to use calls, SMS, and mobile Internet while roaming in the EU/EEA from their subscription resources, with no additional cost. For any usage beyond the included resources, national tariffs will apply.

The One Subscriptions come with expanded benefits: more mobile data and more minutes, allowing customers to stay connected and communicate freely both at home and while travelling across the 30 included countries, covering all EU member states, as well as Norway, Iceland, and Liechtenstein.

An important update is that, in addition to the entire One Subscriptions, the new Junior and Senior subscriptions from Orange Family now also allow the use of included minutes and mobile data for EU/EEA roaming, so the whole family can enjoy great experiences while travelling.

Existing customers can switch to a One Subscription directly in the My Orange app or at any Orange store. Those who port their number from another network, connect a new subscription, or switch from PrePay to a One Subscription benefit from a special offer: 30% discount on the monthly fee for 12 months.

This launch marks the second stage of roaming tariff liberalization in Moldova’s European integration process, following the partial reduction of tariffs in 2024.

With this initiative, Orange Moldova reaffirms its leadership on the market and contributes, together with public authorities, to aligning the country with European standards by improving citizens’ access to high-quality services and top-tier connectivity.
