
SkyUp Airlines (Malta) is ready to open new flights from Chisinau Airport and increase the frequency of existing flights
According to the capital's airport administration, this was discussed during a meeting that the temporary administrator of the Chisinau airport, Sergiu Spoiala, held with representatives of the airline. Discussing the possibilities of a long-term partnership, they showed interest in opening new routes, increasing the frequency of flights and developing joint opportunities beneficial for both sides. The visit also included a tour of the airport to inspect the existing infrastructure and ensure it meets SkyUp's operational requirements and accessibility standards. SkyUp representatives emphasized that inclusivity is a very important aspect for the company. “We are encouraged by the prospects of cooperation with Chisinau International Airport and see significant potential here in the development of our flight network. We aim to offer passengers more travel options by opening new destinations and increasing the frequency of existing flights. At the same time, we pay special attention to providing inclusive and quality services so that all passengers - regardless of their needs - enjoy a comfortable stay both on SkyUp aircrafts’ board and at the airport,” said Daria Alekseyenko, Deputy Director of SkyUp.
