Moldova will develop infrastructure and improve transport and logistics conditions to facilitate exports of domestic products
This was announced by the Ministry of Infrastructure and Regional Development, noting that it held a joint meeting with the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Industry, where representatives of the two agencies discussed strengthening the infrastructure to facilitate exports. They analyzed measures to improve transport and logistics conditions so that Moldovan products reach international markets faster and more efficiently. Economic operators involved in exports emphasized the importance of well-maintained roads and transport networks that ensure optimal access to border crossings. At the same time, some legislative and institutional barriers that impede the efficient movement of goods across the border and solutions for overcoming them were named. "Developing the infrastructure that supports our exports is key to the growth of our economy. It is important that producers have direct access to the necessary infrastructure, and in this regard, we will continue to modernize road, rail and other networks to facilitate the transportation of goods abroad," said Vladimir Bolea, Minister of Infrastructure and Regional Development.// 10.12.2024 – InfoMarket.
