
"Railway of Moldova" State Enterprise (CFM) put up for auction 476 tons of ferrous scrap at an initial price of almost 3.1 million lei
As noted in the message of the company, the matter concerns 480 wheelsets on the axle, which, according to the company, represent the most expensive category of scrap metal. The product is offered for sale in two lots, namely: Lot No. 1 - ferrous scrap (axles and wheels of cars, namely 180 pairs of wheels mounted on the axles), the category of scrap corresponding to classes 3A and 5A. The approximate weight of the lot is 178 tons, the starting price is 1 million 157 thousand lei; Lot No. 2 - scrap of ferrous metals (axles and wheels of cars, i.e. 300 pairs of wheels installed on the axles), the category of scrap corresponding to classes 3A and 5A. The approximate weight of the lot is 298 tons, the starting price is 1 million 937 thousand lei. The price and weight of the lots put up for auction are estimated with an error of ± 10%. The weight and final price will be established at the time of handover of the goods by an acceptance commission consisting of representatives of the seller and the buyer. The auction will take place on December 22 this year at 14:00. The amount of the initial payment is 10% of the billed price of the requested lot and is paid for each lot separately.
