The rural pharmacy in the village of Samascani, Soldanesti district, has received a certificate of compliance with Good Pharmacy Practice (GPP) rules
According to the Agency for Medicines and Medical Devices, this is the first institution to receive a certificate of compliance under the “Pharmacy in Your Village” project.
The Pharmaceutical Inspectorate confirmed compliance with the requirements for the quality of pharmaceutical services, management and storage of medicines, as well as the compliance of internal documentation, and accordingly issued the pharmacy with a GPP certificate valid for four years. The Agency notes that the receipt of such a certificate by a rural pharmacy confirms that participants in the “Pharmacy in Your Village” project comply with the rules of good pharmaceutical practice, guaranteeing patients access to safe and reliable services, and that Moldova can offer quality pharmaceutical services regardless of the size or location of the settlement. The pharmacy in the village of Samascani opened in December 2024. // 10.06.2025 – InfoMarket.
