Executive Vice-President of the European Commission Roxana Mînzatu is on an official visit to Moldova on June 9-10, focusing on social rights, education, and employment

According to the EU Permanent Representation in our country, on Monday, June 9, she will co-chair the first meeting of the Moldova-EU High-Level Dialogue on Labor, Skills, Education, Social Policy, and Child Policies. In the afternoon, meetings are scheduled with President Maia Sandu and Prime Minister Dorin Recean, as well as visits to communities receiving EU assistance in Criuleni and Zubresti. On Tuesday, June 10, the visit will include an open dialogue with students of the Technical University of Moldova and an event dedicated to European support for higher education under the Erasmus+ program and the EVOLVE4GE project, a UN Women initiative aimed at combating violence, expanding opportunities for women, and promoting gender governance in Moldova. The visit will conclude with a meeting with Minister of Economic Development and Digitalization Doina Nistor.
