Moldova implements new digital solutions to support catering operators - ANSA
The National Agency for Food Safety (ANSA) reported, noting that from February 25 to 27, its leadership met with representatives of the Global Alliance for Trade Facilitation, founded by the governments of the United States, Canada, Germany and Denmark. The purpose of the meeting between the parties was to analyze current digitalization processes and identify opportunities for cooperation to facilitate trade for food industry operators. The parties discussed digital opportunities within the e-ANSA system: centralized data storage of all e-ANSA subsystems; registration and record keeping of food chain operators; registration and monitoring of agri-food businesses; and management of documents required for registration and updates. By optimizing internal processes and creating more efficient workflows, the agency will support international trade, including food chain operators, and increase transparency and cooperation between national and European authorities. Representatives of the Global Alliance for Trade Facilitation support initiatives to digitalize processes at ANSA. As noted, digital transformation will drive sustainable development and enable innovative solutions to manage risks and protect food industry operators with regard to fast access to public services provided by ANSA. // 28.02.2025 - InfoMarket
