Compared to September 2022 (670 euros), the price of 1 sq. m. increased by 3.7%, and compared to December 2022 (680 euros) - by 2.2%. According to Lara real estate exchange, in September in 1-room apartments the cost of 1 sq. m. in Botanica sector of Chisinau was from 785 to 905 euros, Buiucani - 826-850 euros, Center - 860-955 euros, Ciocana - 718-865 euros, Riscani - 848-898 euros. In 2-room apartments a square meter in September cost: in Botanica sector - 687-825 euros, Buiucani - 742-781 euros, Center - 768-851 euros, Ciocana - 650-778 euros, Riscani - 734-814 euros. In 3-room apartments in September the price of 1 sq. m. in Botanica sector was 582-646 euros, Buiucani - 592-604 euros, Center - 604-683 euros, Ciocana - 512-608 euros, Riscani - 587-651 euros.
