According to the Lara real estate exchange, in August in 1-room apartments the cost of 1 sq. m in Botanica ranged from 785 to 905 euros, in Buiucani - 826-850 euros, in the Center - 860-955 euros, in Ciocana - 718-865 euros, in Riscani - 848-898 euros. In 2-room apartments, a square meter in August cost: in Botanica - 687-825 euros, in Buiucani - 742-781 euros, in the Center - 768-851 euros, in Ciocana - 650-778 euros, in Riscani - 734-814 euros. In 3-room apartments in August, the price of 1 sq. m in Botanica was 582-646 euros, in Buiucani - 592-604 euros, in the Center - 604-683 euros, in Ciocana - 512-608 euros, in Riscani - 587-651 euros. In 4-room apartments in August at Botanica, the cost of 1 sq. m. was 531-579 euros, in Buiucani - 520-537 euros, in the Center - 532-608 euros, in Ciocana - 471-560 euros, in Riscani - 544-607 euros.
