At the same time, on the primary market (956 euros/sq. m.) on August 1, 2023, the prices for apartments were almost 1.2 times higher than on the secondary market (805 euros/sq. m.). According to EuroImobil real estate agency, in new buildings the highest prices remain in the Center of Chisinau - 1335 euros per sq. m., while compared to the IV quarter of 2022, they increased by 9.9%. Also, the mark of more than 1 thousand euros per square meter was crossed by the prices for "new buildings" in Riscani sector of Chisinau - 1020 euros, which is 6.7% more than at the end of last year. In the Botanica sector prices increased by 10.4% - up to 992 euros per sq. m., Buiucani - by 8.3% - up to 924 euros, Ciocana - by 8.3% - up to 845 euros, Telecentru - by 8.8% - up to 817 euros per sq. m. The lowest cost of 1 sq. m. in new buildings was at Pasta Veche - 760 euros (+9.4%). On the secondary real estate market in all sectors of Chisinau, the prices for the mentioned period increased equally - by 3.9% on average. The highest cost of 1 sq. m., traditionally, remains in the Center, where the price for the first time broke the mark of 1 thousand euros, averaging 1035 euros / sq. m..
