The central point of the discussions was the Super ESCO program, implemented by MESA, which is based on a new financing model and involves the reimbursement of investments through savings on energy bills. MESA also presented the concept of creating an Investment Hub - a platform that will bring together financiers, developers and beneficiaries, facilitating cooperation in energy efficiency and renewable energy projects. The President of the Moldovan Banking Association, Dorel Noroc, expressed openness to cooperation and emphasized the interest of the banking sector in analyzing and supporting mechanisms for financing energy efficiency and renewable energy projects.
